Yes - Go to the front entrance of the event the day on the show and we can upgrade your ticket(s). There will be a fee depending on the show to upgrade your ticket.

No re-entry is allowed once you’ve entered the festival.

If there are still tickets available to purchase on the day of the event, you may purchase them in person at the box office. Some shows sell very quickly and do not always have tickets available on the day of the show, so we suggest you buy tickets ahead of time. The Tumbleweed box office is open 2 hours prior to each event.

Tickets can be scanned on your phone or a printed ticket.

We have many ways to purchase your tickets. Select from American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or a debit card with a major credit card logo. There are several ATMs available onsite, but you may want to bring cash for food, beverage, and merchandise.

No outside food or drink will be allowed on festival grounds, but vendors will sell plenty of yummy treats inside.

No GUNS, KNIFES or WEAPONS of any kind. No BACKPACKS, LARGE BAGS, or LARGE PURSES. No BLANKETS, UMBRELLAS, CHAIRS, or SEATING of any kind. No OUTSIDE FOOD or DRINK. No RE-ADMITTANCE Unless you have a CAMPING WRISTBAND.

Treat your wristband like cash! If your wristband is lost/stolen/damaged or tampered with in any way, it will need to be replaced by the original purchaser of the ticket at the festival's box office. All wristbands also feature a locking mechanism that will not slide back once tightened. Please ensure you do not tighten your wristband until you are heading to the festival.

3-Day Bus Pass gives you access to and from Washington St (The Strip) in Downtown Stillwater. Uber/Lift will be present along with other individuals doing ride shares.

There is plenty of parking available in the Tumbleweed parking lots. The parking fee is per vehicle (cash only) for all concert goers. We have never SOLD OUT of parking at the Tumbleweed!

No refunds will be issued. Umbrellas are not permitted in the amphitheater, so leave umbrellas in your vehicle. We suggest ponchos for rainy weather
